Printing Recommendations

  • Layer Height: 0.2mm
  • Infill: 20% (30% for added strength)
  • Supports: Required on Base connector on bottom, but 2 cylinder and one cube support blockers should be added to block magnet holder and badge circle, they don’t need support. Use PLA/PETG Interface layer, opposite whatever you are using for the primary filament. If you print with PLA, use PETG for interface layer and vice versa. (See 3d printing instructions for more details)
  • Magnet Insertion: Magnets are embedded into the base and the lid.
The lid requires a pause at layer 26 to allow the magnets to be inserted.
The base requires a pause at layer 29 to allow the magnets to be inserted.

Magnets inserted into the base should have the N Pole upwards. Magnets inserted into the lid should have the N Pole downwards.

  • Print Orientation: Print base and lid separately on flat side
  • Colored Graphic Finish: Before you print, paint the design in Bambu Studio and choose the filaments to print with.
  • Your Custom Design: Use the Generic Lid and add your own design before printing!
  • Material: PLA+ or PETG recommended for durability
